For those who wish to rent our building only and not purchase one of our all-inclusive packages, Millennial Falls Event Center now offers the option of a building/garden rental only. Here, you can bring in your own food, flowers, provide your own invitations, etc.

- Mon – Wed Evening (4 pm - 11 pm) $3,000
- Thursday Evening (4 pm - 11 pm) $4,000
- Friday and Sunday Evening (4 pm - 11pm) $6,000
- Saturday or Holiday Evening (4 pm - 11 pm) $7,000
