Question: Can we take anything out of your packages?

Answer: Yes, you can take items out of your package for a credit that can be used on other items or for a reduction in your final package price.

Question: Can we use both inside and outside of the venue?

Answer: Yes, both the inside of the building and the outside garden area is yours to use as you please. In the case of inclement weather, you can decide to move your outside wedding inside as late as 1pm that day.

Question: What hours do we get use of the venue?

Answer: 4pm to 11pm. And extra hours can be purchased if available.

Question: What type of sound system is available?

Answer: We have a sound system that plays inside the building and outside in the gardens. You can plug in a phone or computer to play your music.

Question: Who will be there to help us on the night of our event?

Answer: You will have a hostess to help you with all your needs; kitchen staff to take care of food, beverage, and clean-up; and staff for the kids room.

Question: Can we serve alcohol?

Answer: We do allow bar service. Please check out all the options and pricing on our Bar Services page.

Question: Do we have to use your catering?

Answer: Our packages include many different delicious buffets or plated meals to choose from. However, if you would like to provide your own catering, you can choose our Building Rental Only option.

Question: Is the food plated and served or buffet style?

Answer: All packages except for our full-dinner Niagara are served buffet style. The Niagara can be plated and served or buffet style with carving stations.

Question: Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Answer: Yes, the entire building and the gardens are ADA approved and wheelchair friendly. There is an elevator to gain access to the different floors.

Question: Can you hear the ceremony next to the waterfall?

Answer: We have speakers in the garden so you can hear the music and the officiant. Also, we turn down the waterfall to a lower flow setting during the ceremony.

Question: Can we do everything outside and have a complete garden event?

Answer: Yes, you can have your guests enter through the garden gate and do everything outside. The buffet will still be setup inside to guard against heat and insects, but with our full patio wall open, the dining and buffet area feels like part of the garden.

Question: Can we bring our own decorations?

Answer: Yes, you are welcome to bring any decorations to add to the venue – they just need to be approved by Millennial Falls For example, you cannot put nails in the walls. Also, customers cannot remove or put things on the high plant shelves.

Question: When can we setup for our event?

Answer: 4pm

Question: Do we get to design our own cake, flowers, and invitations?

Answer: Yes, we can completely customize these items. Bring in a picture or ideas to your consultation appointment and we will make your vision come true.

Question: What is the difference between head count and invite count?

Answer: Our packages are generally done by invitation count. We have been doing weddings for many years and can predict how much food is needed per invitation sent. This makes it simpler on you because you don’t have to figure out exactly how many guests will be attending. The one exception is our Niagara package which is a full served dinner. This option requires a final head count so we can prepare the right amount of meals based on an RSVP count.

Question: Can we customize the menu?

Answer: Absolutely. We have an in-house chef who can create anything you desire.

Question: Are the flowers fresh?

Answer: Yes, all flowers are fresh and you get complete say in the selections.

Question: What if I don’t need all the flowers in my package?

Answer: We customize your flower package to your bridal party and then credit back anything that you do not need.

Question: Can I do a cupcake cake or a doughnut cake instead of a traditional wedding cake?

Answer: Yes!

Question: Can my cake have different flavors on each layer?

Answer: Yes!
